Ok, so i’ve figured out that I need to work out first thing in the morning. I waited until after my first class and it was hard to talk myself into starting the workout. It’s not that I didn’t feel up for the workout. I’ve been feeling great! The soreness went away and now I just feel strong.
Also, today is one week from the last time I weighed myself and I was at 198. I really want to lose about 2 pounds a week and … drumroll….. I’m at 196! Woohoo!
Do any of you know if there are rest days in the 30 Day Shred? I’ve googled it and it sounds 50/50 for 5 on and 1 off. What do you think?
Man, it’s been a long day. I woke up thinking that I would die if I worked out. But I did it anyways. I was considering putting off my workout until after my classes because I didn’t know if I would be able to move for the rest of the day. I knew that I was just kidding myself and I wouldn’t do it later. Tip to self: That little voice that tells you to make stupid decisions is an asshole. Never listen to it.. like today!
It took everything I had. I’m so sore but somehow I managed to do more of the reps than yesterday. I really hate/love the squat punch move. After hearing Jillian say the same thing for 3 days straight, I can focus more on the pain i’m in.
I’m excited and nervous about day 4. I know I can do it but It’s time to start maintaining a regular life and exercise. If you have tips let me know!
