I just realized, I have some of the worst friends. I thought they would be supportive but instead they made fun of me when I didn’t partake in the community brownie sundae that was dripping with hot fudge and glistened in the light.. and smelled absolutely amazing. One of the girls who I know would love to start working out too actually said “It’s not going to kill you.” and put even more awkward attention on me.
But…
You know what? My abs were sore all day today because of my workout yesterday, I’ve been making progress and I feel great. Now I’m enjoying my guilt free banana and peanut butter ice cream and tomorrow I’m going to kick ass in the gym, yet again.
How hard should you push? This is a chart to help you to decide what you need to do and for what purpose. I used to always be confused when my trainer would tell me to run a certain distance at 70 or 80 percent, but this chart really helps to clear things up!

Although if you want to add sugar, stay away from artificial sweeteners like Splenda.
And I would stay away from deli meats because they are very high in preservatives.
