I’m considering today a rest day. I haven’t done the 30 Day Shred today but I’m going to get up tomorrow and kill it.
This is a big part of this weight loss journey that I need to learn. Sometimes things do actually happen. I usually beat myself up about it so bad that I just quit all together.
This isn’t the end of the world.
I do wish I had some fitness buddies, though. That part kinda sucks :(
